Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Eco Adventure Thirappane website and booking our tour services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
• Confirmation will be sent via email, phone, or WhatsApp after booking is processed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund; rescheduling subject to availability.
• Weather cancellations: If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
• No-shows: No refund will be provided for no-shows.

Safety Requirements

• All participants must wear life jackets provided during kayaking activities.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions given by guides.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Liability & Disclaimers

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety during our tours:

• Participation in kayaking and outdoor activities carries inherent risks.
• Eco Adventure Thirappane shall not be liable for injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence.
• Wildlife sightings (elephants, birds) are natural occurrences and cannot be guaranteed.

Photography & Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to photographs and videos being taken during the experience. These may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide before the tour begins.

Website Usage

• All content on this website is the intellectual property of Eco Adventure Thirappane.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content is prohibited.
• We are not responsible for the content of external linked websites.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka.
